There are three stages to pumping: deciding to become a pumper, making the transition to pumping, and finally — being a full-fledged pumper. Different questions come up at different times. We're here to answer them all, for as long as you need us.

Insurance verification is something we assist people with everyday. We're good at it. And we don't think you (or your doctor's office) should have to bother yourself with it. So you can count on us to handle insurance issues related to your OneTouch Ping to get you started.

Our commitment to roll with the punches

Life changes from year to year. Sometimes sooner. And some of those changes affect your pump settings. Hormonal changes during adolescence are one example. Taking up a new, high-intensity sport is another. On the bright side, your OneTouch Ping can change with you. And we're here to help.

Backup when you need it
